The pre-trial judge of the Higher Court in Belgrade has scheduled a hearing on Mr Sebastian Ghita for the 19 May 2017 at 12:30 hours, in accordance with Article 22 of the Law on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters. The hearing of the accused is not open to the public.
