Делегација Јужноафричке Републике у посети Вишем суду у Београду / Delegation of the Republic of South Africa visiting the Higher Court in Belgrade

Виши суд у Београду угостио је 13.6.2024. делегацију Јужноафричке републике коју су чинили представници Комисије за јавну управу (Public Service Commission), Министарства правде ЈАР, Института за етику (Ethics Institute-TEI), Националног антикорупцијског саветодавног одбора (National Anticorruption Advisory Council), Заштитника грађана, и невладиних организација Corruption Watch и The Whistleblower House.

У разговору са судијом Вишег суда у Београду, Бојаном Чогурић, чланови делегације су ближе упознати са практичним аспектима примене Закона о заштити узбуњивача и правилима поступка који тај закон предвиђа, са посебним освртом на важност и делотворност привремене мере.

Активност је организована у оквиру пројекта „Подршка јачању владавине права у Србији“, коју заједнички финансирају ЕУ и немачко Савезно министарство за економску сарадњу и развој (БМЗ) – ЕУ за борбу против корупције и за основна права – а спроводи Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (ГИЗ), у сарадњи са ГИЗ Програмом за транспарентност, интегритет и одговорност (ТИП) у Јужноафричкој Републици. 

The Higher Court in Belgrade hosted on 13 June 2024 delegation of the Republic of South Africa, comprised of representatives of the Public Service Commission, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of South  Africa, the Ethics Institute (TEI), the National Anticorruption Advisory Council , the Office of the Public Protector, and the non-governmental organization Corruption Watch and The Whistleblower House .

In a conversation with the judge of the Higher Court in Belgrade, Bojana Čogurić, members of the delegation were acquainted with the practical aspects of the application of the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers, with the focus on the importance and effectiveness of temporary measure.

The activity was organized as part of the project "Support to the strengthening of the rule of law in Serbia", which is jointly financed by the EU and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) - the EU for the fight against corruption and for fundamental rights - and is implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), in cooperation with the GIZ Program for Transparency, Integrity and Accountability (TIP) of the Republic of South Africa.
